Prizes credited to your Mahzooz account’s “Winnings Balance” may be requested for withdrawal and/or transfer (to your “Credit Balance”). One can do either:

• Transfer every prize you have won to your “Credit Balance.”
• Put some of your reward money in your “Credit Balance” and take the rest out in cash.
• Take out the total sum in cash and deposit it in your bank account.

2. Any requests to transfer or withdraw your reward must utilize the whole amount that is now in your “Winnings Balance” in order to be approved. Any money that is not withheld will be immediately added to your “Credit Balance.”
3. Please be aware that there is no way to revoke any transfers made to the “Credit Balance.” You cannot ask for the transfer to be reversed or a reimbursement just because you changed your mind.
4. Withdrawals must be made via a bank wire transfer or by picking them up at a licensed exchange house. Only bank wire transfers exceeding AED 7,000 may be used for withdrawals.
5. The main (mega) prizes must be picked up in person. But the payment will still be sent by bank to your UAE bank account.

Withdrawals made at banks or authorized exchange houses outside of the UAE could be subject to an administrative fee (or currency equivalent), and we won’t be responsible for any extra fees (including, but not limited to, foreign exchange fees) that result from such a withdrawal.
