Mahzooz Game Rules and Instructions

A “draw game” is a lottery in which you play with numbers and the participant whose numbers match wins. But as with all other lotteries, Mahzooz has also taken this basic idea and made it into specific rules to make their draws fair for everyone.

When you enter a Mahzooz draw, these Mahzooz Rules explain the different rules and steps you need to follow. You consent to be governed by these guidelines by participating in a draws.

But don’t worry, we will underline the most important parts of Mahzooz rules for our readers, but we still strongly recommend that, before buying a Mahzooz draw ticket, you thoroughly read and understand them all.

Global Rules

If the English, Arabic, Urdu, Hindi, and Malayalam versions of these rules don’t agree with each other or are different in some way, the English version will be the one that counts.
If the instructions on the online services, kiosks, promotional and point-of-sale materials, and/or advice are different from these rules, these rules will take precedence to the extent that they are different.

Entering a Draw

These rules govern everything between before the draw takes place and your draw ticket purchase.

Products can be purchased via the online services and kiosks for AED 35 (thirty-five dirhams) of credit per product, or such other amount as Mahzooz may establish from time to time. Your purchased product will not be delivered to you; instead, it will be donated to those in need through Mahzooz’s community partners.
With the purchase of each product, you will receive 1 complimentary entry to the draw (which includes 1 entry into the raffle draw and 1 entry into the grand draw) as well as 1 entry into the epic draw.

You may only enter the draw if you meet the following criteria:

are at least 18 years old.
are not barred from entering by the laws of your jurisdiction of domicile or the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of entry;
Always follow these rules and terms.
and you are not:

a stockholder, manager, or manager’s employee;
the representative of the government, the independent adjudicator, or the draw manager;
a third party, contractor, or consultant hired by the manager to assess the draw’s insurance, audit, and security processes;
a member of the immediate family of individuals
a citizen of a sanctioned or embargoed country
on a worldwide list of sanctioned and high-risk persons

To enter the drawing, you must first draw a line. You can do so by selecting the date of the draw you want to enter and picking 5 numbers for the grand draw and 6 numbers for the epic draw, either manually, by Quick Pick, or by Favorites, as directed by the Online Services or Kiosk. You must confirm Your line; once confirmed, you will be entered into the relevant grand and epic draws and will not be able to cancel your entry.
You will obtain a raffle ID with each line entered into the grand draw. Your Raffle ID will be immediately entered into the raffle draw, which will take place on the same date as the grand draw. Your Raffle ID may be found on your ticket in Your Account’s “My Tickets” section.
Products may only be purchased with credit if you follow the instructions on the online service or kiosk. You will get 1 complimentary entry into the Draw for each product purchased (which includes 1 entry into the Raffle Draw, 1 entry into the Grand Draw, and 1 entry into the Epic Draw). If Mahzooz approves your purchase request, the corresponding amount of credit will be deducted from your credit balance. If you have any questions, please contact customer support.
All successful entries will be recognized by in-account messages and, where applicable, push notifications.
If you do not receive an acknowledgement of your entry, it is possible that it was not registered on the central computer system and is therefore invalid. Please check Your account to ensure that Your entry was successfully submitted if You have not received an acknowledgement.Please contact customer support if you are unable to see it.
Entries received after 20:30 hrs (Gulf Standard Time) on the applicable draw day, or any other time or day determined by Us, will be disqualified.
A participant has no general right to enter a draw. Mahzooz reserves the right to deny entries and/or limit the number of entries you may submit without providing a reason.

During Draw

Mahzooz will set the time, frequency, date, and procedure for Mahzooz’s raffle draw, grand draw, and epic draw. The Raffle Draw and the Grand Draw will be held during the Mahzooz live show, which is aired on the Website and the Mahzooz YouTube and Facebook pages at approximately 21:00 hours (Gulf Standard Time) on each Saturday as of the date of these rules, and the Epic Draw will be held during the Mahzooz live show, which is aired on the Website and the Mahzooz YouTube and Facebook pages at approximately 20:00 hours (Gulf Standard Time) on Saturday
The raffle draw shall be conducted using the random number generator or such other audited equipment or methods as Mahzooz may, in their sole discretion, select from time to time. All Raffle IDs entered for the applicable Raffle Draw will be uploaded into the Random Number Generator, which will select Raffle IDs at random; these Raffle IDs will be the Winning Raffle IDs for the applicable Raffle Draw.
Each draw shall be made using the drawing machine or such other audited equipment or method as Mahzooz may choose from time to time in their sole discretion.
All draws shall be held in accordance with the Draw Procedures in the presence of the Draw Manager, an Independent Adjudicator, and/or a Government Representative.
The Draw Manager and either the Independent Adjudicator or Government Representative will record the winning numbers in writing and then enter them into the central computer system; only these numbers will be the winning numbers for that draw.
If a draw does not take place, it will be cancelled at Mahzooz’s discretion or rescheduled for a later date, as Mahzooz will notify you. If a draw becomes invalid or is halted due to equipment failure or any other cause, it will be completed in line with the draw procedures.
If a mechanical failure or operator/human mistake causes an interruption in the selection of all digits during any draw, the failed draw machine will be replaced with a reserve machine, and the draw will restart. Any digit drawn prior to the mechanical breakdown should be deemed legitimate and authentic.

Draw Results

The winning numbers for each draw will be made available as soon as possible following each draw via the online services and customer support. The winning numbers will also be distributed to the national media and may be publicized in other ways as determined by us on a case-by-case basis. If Mahzooz fail to publicize the winning numbers or notify holders of winning entries, You will have no claim for reimbursement; it is entirely Your responsibility to cross-check your entries against the winning numbers.
Mahzooz will not be liable for any typographical, printing, or other errors in any announcement or publication, or in any publication or announcement of the amount of prizes in a draw (including, without limitation, where the announcement or publication is made before the amount to be paid in prizes is finalized).
If there is a conflict between the winning numbers released on the online services and/or other announcements or publications and the official winning numbers held on the central computer system, the latter shall take precedence.
If the final verified number of winning entries differs from the first announced number of provisional winning entries, the prize money paid to such winners may alter.

Winning a Prize

These rules clarify how to win a prize from Mahzooz Draws.

Raffle Draw

Each raffle draw will include a minimum of three winning raffle IDs.

Participants with matching Raffle IDs will receive AED 100,000 (one hundred thousand dirhams) or such other sum as Mahzooz may determine and announce in their sole discretion.

Because a raffle ID is automatically assigned to a single line, a single (1) participant may win multiple raffle prizes.

Grand Prize Giveaway

Each grand draw has three prize categories:

Match Three: The participant has successfully matched three numbers from the Grand Draw winning numbers in any one line;

Match Four: The participant has properly matched four numbers from the Grand Draw winning numbers in any one line.

Match Five: The participant has successfully matched all five numbers from the Grand Draw winning numbers on any one line.

Per grand draw, the Match Five Reward is determined at a minimum top prize of AED 10,000,000 (ten million dirhams). The Match Five Prize will remain at AED 10,000,000 (ten million dirhams) until it is won or until Mahzooz decides to increase the Match Five Prize in their sole discretion. The Match Five Prize will be distributed evenly among all Match Five winners.

The manager will choose the match four prize prior to each grand draw. The Match Four Prize will be determined by the number of lines drawn in the previous week’s grand draw, although it will never be less than AED 1,000,000 (one million dirhams) in every grand draw. The Match Four prize will be distributed equally among all Match Four winners. If no one wins the Match Four Prize in a grand draw, the Match Four Prize will roll over and be added to the Match Four Prize in the next grand draw. The Match Four prize will continue to roll over until a Match Four winner is determined.

Each winner of Match Three will get a predetermined sum of AED 350. (Three Hundred and Fifty Dirhams).

Participants who match numbers from the Grand Draw winning numbers drawn will only be eligible to win in one prize category per single line, but will be awarded the prize for the highest prize category won (i.e., if you are a Match Five winner, you will only receive the Match Five prize; you will not receive a Match Four or Match Three prize).

Epic Draw

The Epic Draw has only one prize category:

Sixth Match: The participant correctly matched six Epic Draw winning numbers on a single Epic Draw line.

Per the Epic Draw, the Match Six Prize is determined at AED 10,000,000 (ten million dirhams). The Match Six Prize will remain at AED 10,000,000 (ten million dirhams) until it is won or Mahzooz decide in their sole discretion to increase the Match Six Prize.The Match Six prize will be distributed evenly among all Match Six winners.

General

All prize winners will be contacted via email (if an email address is supplied), in-account communications, and, where applicable, push notifications. You are still in charge of claiming your prize.

Income taxes, including federal and state, may apply to any monetary prize and are the exclusive responsibility of the participant.

All parts of Mahzooz, including prize winning, are subject to these Rules and the Additional Policies.

Payment of Prizes

These rules implicate the payment rules when you have won a prize.

Prior to awarding a prize, the entry must be validated in accordance with their validation standards, which may include checking Participants against a global list of high-risk and sanctioned individuals.A kiosk’s paper receipt or confirmation of an entry is not and will not be considered acceptable proof of your entitlement to a prize. Their determination of an entry’s legitimacy is final and binding.
Furthermore, prior to receiving a prize, you may be asked to provide:

complete and valid identity documentation; and/or
a legislative statement of ownership, rights, and conformity with applicable legislation.

Mahzooz shall only pay a prize based on the official winning numbers of the relevant draw as recorded in accordance with Rule 3.6, and Mahzooz will not award a prize based on other results.
Following the relevant draw, all prizes will be instantly paid to your winnings balance in your account, subject to verification of identification, proof of age, and entry validation.
To claim Your prize, you must either transfer (all or a portion of) the funds in Your Winnings Balance to Your Credit Balance or request a cash withdrawal via an authorized financial institution or bank transfer.For further information, please see the Terms.
Prizes for Match Six must be claimed in person in the UAE. Payment will be made by bank transfer to an account in the UAE.
Match Five Prizes must be claimed in person in the United Arab Emirates. Payment will be made by bank transfer to an account in the UAE.
You have until the withdrawal period to withdraw or transfer your prize. Any prize that is not withdrawn or transferred to Your Credit Balance before the end of the applicable withdrawal period will be forfeited and returned to the Department of Economic Development.
Payment of the prize to the winning account holder’s winnings balance releases Us, their officers, employees, representatives, contractors, and any other person or company authorized by Us to pay prizes from any subsequent obligation for payment of such prize.
seek evidence of prize entitlement (including, but not limited to, identifying information, proof of identity, residency, or location while entering a draw, and ability to claim);
invite a court to decide who should get a prize and/or make payment in court;
declare an entry invalid (and, as a result, you will not be required to pay any prize) if:
a transfer or withdrawal request is not received before the end of the applicable withdrawal period;
The entry is broken, has been tampered with in whole or in part, or violates their validation and security standards.
Mahzooz reserves the right to refuse and will not be obligated to pay a prize to a participant if: Mahzooz have reason to believe you are committing any illegal, improper, or objectionable act, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, collusion, or cheating of any kind and You are unable or fail to provide the necessary identifying paperwork when withdrawing a prize.
If a prize is awarded to someone who does not meet the eligibility requirements, that person must promptly reimburse us upon their request. Mahzooz has the right to retrieve any prize that was mistakenly paid.
Mahzooz shall not be accountable or liable to anybody who claims a prize that was paid to someone who usurped the identity of the applicable account holder.
No interest will be paid on any prize under any circumstances.
Prizes will be paid in full only to the registered holder of the account with the winning entry, unless you are a person with a legal, physical, or other disability and are claiming a prize, in which case Mahzooz may award the prize to your approved representative at their sole discretion.
In the event that an account holder dies, a person may withdraw a prize on behalf of the deceased’s estate if they can demonstrate (for example, by providing a grant of probate) that they are authorized to do so.
All prizes will be paid out in UAE dirhams in the amount specified by Us as the total amount owed for that winning entry. If you desire to receive your prize in a currency other than AED and withdraw it from outside the UAE, relevant exchange rates, conversion, and receiving bank costs will apply. Match Five Prizes will only be deposited into a UAE bank account due to anti-money laundering rules and restrictions (an authorized financial institution can assist with account opening if required).
Mahzooz disclaims all duty to Syndicate Members, including any explicit or implied guarantees, whether spoken or written. By entering a draw, you understand that Mahzooz has made no guarantee that they will be liable for or have any obligation for any alleged claim from a Syndicate Member. To prevent ambiguity, Mahzooz shall only be responsible for any legitimate claim made by the registered holder of the account that contains the winning entry.
You are: liable for the payment of any prize to any Syndicate Member, except for a prize arising from a winning entry, which is payable exclusively to the registered holder of the account containing such a winning entry; and obligated by any agreement between the account’s registered holder and any Syndicate member.

Winners’ Information

These are specific rules for the winners.

By participating in the competition, you grant Mahzooz permission to publicly disclose and publish Your personal data (including name, city of residence, nationality, photos, and the amount of the prize won) on any media platforms (including, without limitation, the Online Services and their social media platforms) at their sole discretion. Mahzooz may disclose this information to any person(s) and in any mode or manner Mahzooz deems appropriate. You agree to participate in any publicity for Your win that Mahzooz reasonably request (including, but not limited to, all types of interviews, filming (e.g., show attendance), appearances on all media channels, and other related media activities).Furthermore, as a top-tier prize winner, you will be asked to agree to and sign their publicity waiver release. Your prize will be forfeited and given to the Department of Economic Development if you refuse to allow us to publish such information and/or participate in reasonable publicity.
In exceptional circumstances, Mahzooz may keep Your identity private, but only if You can demonstrate, to Our satisfaction and sole discretion, a high risk of harm if this information is made public.
You understand and accept that Mahzooz may disclose Your information and the details of any prize claimed by you, on your behalf, or paid to you to a third party if required by law or in accordance with the terms of their top prize insurance.

Draw Postponement and/or Closure

If Mahzooz consider it acceptable, they may postpone a draw for as long as they believe it is suitable given the circumstances. In some cases, the Grand Draw, Raffle Draw, or Epic Draw will be delayed, and people will be able to enter the delayed draw after the usual deadlines.

Mahzooz has the right to declare the closure, withdrawal, or suspension of the raffle draw, grand draw, and epic draw at any moment. After that time, no entries for the raffle draw, grand draw, or epic draw will be accepted.

General

These are general rules covering the relationship between you and Mahzooz.

The reasonable exercise of any discretion granted to Us by these Rules, such as the selection of a winning entry or the payment of a prize, will be final and binding, unless otherwise required by law.
Mahzooz reserves the right to withhold a prize and/or make an equivalent payment to the court until the dispute is resolved.
If a court with the right authority decides that a rule (or part of a rule) is invalid and/or unenforceable, that decision only affects that rule (or part of a rule) and does not make the other rules invalid or unenforceable.
You may not assign or otherwise transfer your rights and/or obligations under these Rules, including the right to a prize, in whole or in part. Any assignment or transfer made by you is void. Mahzooz may assign or transfer their rights and/or responsibilities under these Rules in whole or in part to any third party at their sole discretion.
A person who is not a party to these rules has no rights to enforce any provision of them unless Mahzooz assigns or transfer their rights and/or obligations under them.
Mahzooz has the right to change these rules at any moment.
